"Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is a comfortable walking distance from everything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were lovely. Parking costs were atrocious, however that's a consequence of being in a hotel downtown."

"Breakfast not available at 5 am. Provided taxi to airport as shuttle not available. Provided kettle to make tea. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very nice. "

"Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson."
