"we had hot water issues in our room, they moved us to a second room and had hot water issues in that room as well. Maintenance came and fixed the water in the second room, but it was disruptive to our stay. The rooms were clean, but worn down. The convenience of the property being right in the mall was nice as we could go to the wave pool and shower/change in our room. for families the hotel is convenient."

"Room was clean and since we had to leave early to airport we couldn’t take advantage of the continental breakfast so they gave us 2 free drink tickets to use at the restaurant which I think is a very nice jester. We didn’t get a chance to use pool or hot tub. There is lots of free parking. The restaurant can be accessed from the hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful restaurant food was very good. The hotel has coin laundry facilities which is definitely a bonus wifi connection is excellent beds are nice "

"Good hotel to stay staff were helpful and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. We stayed for a week and it was great!! Staff were so good too. My only feedback for the hotel would be to reduce the multiple egg options for breakfast after a certain point it became repetitive with the many egg variations. Could be some fruits possibly ? Or some tossed veggies ? "
