Check in was fine. We didn’t get the rate we booked. The room was musky with the pool just outside our window. We booked a king bed and got 2 queens. Restaurant food for breakfast was excellent with excellent service.

I booked a king. Room provided had two queen beds and fridge did not work. Moved to a king room but air conditioning did not work. Then moved to another king room - carpet had just been cleaned ( I think?) room smelled but we kept as I did not want to move again. Staff were nice. Breakfast included was good. They need to maintain their rooms better.

Our room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom area was a bit outdated(stained plastic cover over florescent light, chained drain plugs for shower&sink) TV mount was very loose and felt like it would fall off any second. However, it was very quiet and the being was comfortable. Plus we got a free breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy but prepared us for our day.

The property was conveniently located for why we were there. Having a choice for meals was nice. The toilet in our room was not properly secured. The shower needs updating. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was slow but abrupt.

When we went to check in staff still could not find the reservation and was not friendly check in took over 20minutes. The roomed smelled like smoke but seemed cleaned. Check out was also a hassle
