Awesome stay at the apartment! Thank you to the global stay team for easing my worries regarding check in. They were great at replying to all my email, and once you complete the requirements, the check in info comes right away! The views from this apartment were out of this world!!!

Views are amazing from the aprtment we had.Security very nice. Facilities within the complex excellent. Review for cleanliness was less because the area outside of he proerty too many homeless people within 500 metres of the place. Station about 200 metres away excellent for commutin.

Terrible. The unit we got was in super rough shape. Nasty carpet, screws sticking up to cut your foot on in the transitions, fridge dented in ten places, faucet broken so sprays water everywhere, blinds broken, holes in walls, bed missing a boxspring so worst 3 nights sleep of my life.

The instructions to enter the property should be a little more detailed. The apartment itself needs to be updated. The carpet looks awful and the beds are not at all comfortable. Lighting especially in the kitchen area is not very good.

The apartment was perfect and would be the best place to stay at stampede time. But given only one key made it a problem because of the security measures in place. Two keys would be essential. Secondly, we were almost late for a function because someone was moving out of the building and only one elevator was working. I needed the elevator because my mother is disabled.

The property is beautiful once you can get in!! The first door is locked . You need to get past this to then put in your access code. Then you need to get into the condo, get a key fob. Go back to your car in the street. Find the parking garage. Drive all the way to level 3. Find the spot. Make sure you walk to the correct building. Basically a big pain !!

Their check-in system is broken. They are tons of preliminary steps which I was okay with. Upon reaching the hotel, their remote access system was broken and they blamed the company which handles their phone lines. I was stuck waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours, from 12:30 am to 2:30 am, after which I could finally access the apartment. Would definitely not recommend it to anybody in the area, please look elsewhere.

The condo itself was great. The management of the condo is appalling. They state to advise if showing up later than the normal check-in time, which I did, only to find a locked building as the commissionaire was gone. I called. Their solution - wait for another resident to open the door and let me in. Seriously?? It's a recovering area, with street people around, and not safe. Pathetic!

Communication and customer service was awful from the beggining. The amount of info and pictures they needed with unclear and misleading direction made it a long and frustrating online check in process. One bedroom had a smell that was almost unbearable. Along with the bedding and pillows. There was cleaning supplies left on the ground and we had to put away dishes that was left in the dishwasher. Lights and plugs throughout were not working. Only one elevator was working so it took 10 minutes just to get down to the lobby. But the views were amazing!

Perfect location and a comfortable apartment, the only negative issue was there was only one key, one evening we were out with customers and I headed back early as I was very tired, unfortunately on return I fell asleep and when my business colleague returned he could not get hold of me via the telephone. He asked the guy on the reception desk for help and if he could go and knock on the door or even take him up but he was very unhelpful and declined resulting in my colleague having to book a room in another hotel, maybe another set of keys would be useful if the reception are so unhelpful

When we arrived at 5pm , as many others have noted, the door was locked with no way to get in. I called and the lady I spoke to insisted it should be open ( it was not) and really offered up no solutions for me. Thankfully someone let us in and we were able to get to the unit. I’m speaking with the security guard the door is always locked on weekends and after 5 as a result of the major problem with homelessness and drug addicts that sleep / hang around the front of the building. Once we got the unit it was filthy, floors were dirty, bathrooms were filthy, toilet was broken, linens were dirty. When I mentioned it to the global team they said they would not it ( so sleep in dirty linens I guess) after calling Expedia direct they were able to get Global to send a maintenance man who did a quick clean and fixed a few things- and I have heard nothing since. I travel to Calgary every month for business and this is by far the worst unit I have been in.
