All the staff very nice and polite helpful except Night auditors always rude don’t able answer anything. Specially the front desk lady Henna, her customers service is outstanding, thanks you her. "

"It was ok, but on a very windy night, it was extremely loud, and the sound of the wind/rattling overhead signage kept me awake most of the night. Bed not terribly comfy. Staff was great, no complaints other than wind and a creaky bed."
