"My son and I stayed for two nights, and we couldn’t be more impressed! It was AWESOME in every way! Great neighborhood, close to everything you’d need. The hotel gym was AWESOME, and the breakfast was second to none (a huge variety of great food). The staff was AWESOME as well. Honestly, it was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. "Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. At that point they moved us to 41st floor wish we started out in 41st floor as it was newly renovated would have given full 5 starts if we started out on this floor no issues after. "

"Stayed on a Thursday night with two children. We had a corner suite with a King bed and the room was spacious and clean. We needed a hotel close to Scotiabank Arena and the Eaton Centre but didn’t plan to spend a lot of time in our room. The location was perfect, staff friendly, and the lobby bar was fun and lively."
