“Pool was amazing, nice and warm.”

“everything was amazing”

“Was a quick one night stay but the hotel was cleaning. Had nice aesthetic and hotel staff was nice and helpful”

“Honestly, it was just an overall great stay - top to bottom. Staff were amazing, helpful and easy to chat with. Quick to offer information and assistance. Thing is wouldn't have even known about, like having a fender telecaster delivered to your room for some downtime nooddling. But the room was also great! Very comfortable, lotsa space, I had an incredible stay tbh. Hot tub was outside, which was perfect and we had some excellent cocktails down in the *speakeasy. (of sorts anyway lol). Highly...

“Our problem was the bathroom. They raised the floor making the entrance to the bathroom hazardous( easy to trip over), Bathroom counter is the lowest we have ever encountered. Bathroom sink and vanity dated. Sink didn’t drain properly. Curtains dated and part off track. Poor lighting. Linens good Bed comfortable. Door into suite dated and needed painting.”

“Ggg”

“The staff are friendly and helpful having breakfast included. The room was warm however the room was old in appearance and needs upgrading, only one elevator working.”

“Rooms were clean.. staff at pool were not friendly. Breakfast at Shelley very good. Hot tub was good. I wish the slide was working more. It was shut down Sunday afternoon and still not on when we left Monday at noon”

“Great room, spacious and very comfortable. Amazing bed. Good location and great staff.”

“Nice and clean”

“We had a pleasant stay! The room was clean, well maintain and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, breakfast was good and pretty much. The overall experience was good. It was a relaxing stay.We would recommend this hotel to other travellers and would consider staying here again.”
