“We had an ok stay. Unfortunately our bedroom smelled like raw sewage for some reason, not sure if it's because the facilities are old? Also unfortunately when I was in the shower did I realize they were out of conditioner and body soap. For the amount of money the room cost the facilities were not up to what I'd expect.”

Enjoyed the stay for a family of 5. Stayed in the family suite. 10/10 hotel looking forward to more stays. The factory, club house bowling and shaw’s ice cream and convience of having everything under the historic kellogg factory is a must go to staycation. Enjoy your stay”

“The room was very confortable and there were even barn doors that closed the sleeping section, so that the rest of the room was like a living room / work area. The parking was very pricey and there was no place to charge an electric car at the hotel. Staff was nice, but did not know where we could charge the car nearby. They should be more informed. The breakfast was not very good. We stayed two nights, so I tried different things. Bagels, muffins, croissants were not fresh. Coffee was just ok....
