We were in town for a concert so the Location was perfect. Room was good with nice temperature control and comfy bed. Carpet was old and stained but I believe everything is in the process of being replace. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was a nice extra included in the price. The surrounding area isn’t great. Lots of people doing drugs or passed out but honestly they weren’t looking to bother anyone.

The room was recently renovated and clean. The staff is friendly and the grab and go breakfast is good. The location is central. The hotel is currently under renovation so one of the elevators is being used by the crew during working hours and there is construction noise and work going on during the day. Although the central location makes it fairly easy to go places. The hotel is located on Dundas Street downtown and directly next door is a Hope House which poses issues especially after dark when walking downtown.

Room was good really liked the amount of space included was surprised there was stuff to use in the kitchenette the bed was comfortable I liked the size an comfort it provided. The only complaint I have was based on the quality of the breakfast my man an I were expecting a breakfast like a buffet style food was not the greatest but was okay overall experience of the stay we enjoyed especially the quite was so nice just didnt like the area outside

Great stay before a concert at Canada Life Place. Very easy walk to get there and plenty of restaurants along the way. Hotel staff was very helpful and our room suite comfortable. Nice underground parking that is secured. We would definitely stay here again!
