“Only complaint was the fire alarm going off but nothing that can really be done”

“Loved almost everything. Beautiful room. Clean well maintained. Great lay out and the most comfortable bed ever. Pool area amazing. The only complaint I have is our room smelled horrible when we arrived. We were too tired to complain. It seemed to be coming from tub so we ran shower, bath and sink for a while and smell got a bit better. Would still recommend this hotel fully. Room service breakfast was amazing as well. Certainly worth the $ to stay here.”

The bathroom smelled like urine and they claimed they couldn’t help me because I booked through Expedia third-party company.”

“This was our first no reception check in. One of the reason we picked this motel was because of the year around hot tub. We were disappointed to read the in room motel rules saying it could not be used when there is no attendant at the desk. No attendant/no hot tub.”
