“The hallway leading to the room was very cold but my room was very hot (in late May). The thermostat didn’t seem to do anything other than turn a fan on. The staff were kind and helpful but there was little signage on the pool deck and my sister fell carrying her baby, and they got hurt. No one even offered to do an incident report. There were young children in a hot tub beside a sign saying no bathers under 12 years so despite having rules they weren’t enforced. Other than that it was a nice...
