“This was a family stay in a suite with bunk beds. What really ruined the experience for us was waiting 45-1hr in line to check in. What made matters worse was people randomly being pulled out of the line to check in at a separate private area while everyone else was waiting in the lobby. Additionally the bunk beds were against a wall with a gap, which meant any items that fall through that gap are essentially lost forever.
