I like the staff communication, especially a lady from Afghanistan assisting with guest having their breakfast. The rooms are also of reasonable sizes, neat and provide good ambience. Though the parking is underground, but it provides good ample parking space in a downtown area.

Hated having to pay the $31/day charge for Parking in an underground lot that is very tight to manoeuvre and was often full when we got back to the hotel in the evening. Other than that staff were good. Room was clean and very spacious.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite . Nice big room with kitchen and seperate living room. The kitchen cabinets and room is a bit dated. There was dust in the bathroom. Air flow issue as cant seem to get a right temperature in the bed room set set on auto , can get stuffy even with door open. Gym was spacious and clean. The ceiling is low lifitng arms was a challenge. Breakfast was good.

We could not have been happier with the choice of booking this hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming the room was clean and spacious sleeping was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit and the choice was very good the staff were very friendly and very helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay again was very nice. There was four of us traveling. Two adults and two teenagers and there was a lot of space for all of us. This was our third time staying here and this time the room was even better than the last. We got two bedrooms plus the pull out which worked very well to give each teenager their own space. The kitchenette was perfect as we were staying there 3 days this time. We were able to keep some food and drinks cold with the full size fridge and warm-up any food that we had in the microwave and the stove with the dishes provided. We could also eat like normal people without having to balance plates on our laps at a table with real plates and cutlery. The breakfast in the morning was welcome and filling. The only drawback was the selection which could have used some potatoes or some other starch other than the pancakes and toast provided. Overall, we will stay here again, especially with our son attending the local University.
