    We could not have been happier with the choice of booking this hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming the room was clean and spacious sleeping was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit and the choice was very good the staff were very friendly and very helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel.

    We stayed here as a small group. The space was large, clean, and the staff very helpful. Special shout-out to Jose at the front desk. He was incredibly professional and was calm and kind even when a large influx of people checked in. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were also really nice. Would stay here again if I was in London

    Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good, lots of selection. Parking was very expensive on top of the cost of the room, which I thought was included in the price. We felt safe with the keyed entry after a certain time at night.

    The room was clean, lots of amenities and quiet despite being looking onto the street. Notable was the excellent breakfast buffet with lots of selection and good quality food, which was included in the cost of the room. The only drawback is the tight underground parking which cost an extra fee.
