"Upon arrival, we greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean and fresh smelling. We ate at the restaurant downstairs 2 nights. The food was delicious, well prepared and fresh. Rouwell was a friendly and attentive host and server and anticipated our every need. The only slight downside I thought was that the hallways could use a refresh to be brighter."
