"We were moved to the Hilton because there was a maintenance issue with our room and they couldn't provide the falls view room I had booked. I appreciated the upgrade as I would have been very upset if I had been moved to a non falls view room. However, they could have called or texted me to let me know before I got there and parked and waited in line to check in for 15 minutes, just to have to go back to the car and drive down to the Hilton."

"The hotel is in the center of all the restaurants, cafe, shopping, sightseeing attractions! Busy enough to feel comfortable walking in the area at night too. The room was clean and good. Not a complaint at all but the check-in kiosk asks for payment ($150 in our case, even though we paid for the stay online) out of context which turned out to be a security deposit - I'd recommend the hotel to clearly state it on the screen to avoid the confusion. (We noticed everyone was using the in-person check-in at the counter rather than the kiosk...)"

"( my family had 2 rooms- 4 travellers ) The rooms were clean, there was no hot water for showers. One of the rooms had no heat for 2 days, on day 2 maintenance came to put in a new unit. ( Rooms have no microwave , but there is a fridge) depending when you go , parking can be tricky. Staff were friendly. The casino is a short walk. We only ate in the hotel once TGIF ( as prices are higher)"

"We arrived late to the hotel around 10pm and greeted by their friendly staff. We immediately felt like home. In additon, the ground floor cafe opens late and has vegetarian options that we didn't have to go out to get food. The check-in process was really smooth. I will defintiely stay in this hotel next time."

"Nice rooms, great food options. Lots of free parking. Casino is great addition to this property. Hotel staff very friendly & efficient. We always stay after later flight arrivals at Pearson. Only 5 minute drive from airport."
