The people we dealt with were flexible, friendly and courteous and accommodated our request for a second key and parking space. We would stay here again."

"I liked this hotel very much. Having a restaurant on site was a complete bonus. Airport shuttle too! My only issue with the room is that the bathroom had no safety grab bars. While showering, the tub felt a little slippery for me but worse for my 86 yr old aunt. "

"Our check in was very welcoming. The room is small but we soon got used to it. Beds are comfy enough. Pillows are comfortable. My only complaint would be the street noise but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s a great location for restaurants, subway access, shopping. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Toronto. "
