"The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The room was fine (standard hotel room). There were minimal amenities available and those available were not great. The pool area needs some serious updating. It was run down and felt that way. We ended up forgetting something in our room and called to get the staff to locate it for us. We told them exactly where it was and they called back saying they could not find it. We ended up driving back and it was located right where we said. There was no hospitality from the staff we dealt with whatsoever. "

The breakfast was outstanding the front desk staff were great, very helpful, very kind and courteous the shuttle too and from the airport were exceptional. Shuttle was on time both drivers were kind, courteous and efficient."
