โThis is our second time staying at the SoHo and we will return next time we go to Toronto. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to Rogerโs center for Blue Jays games. Overall very happy with our stay at the Soho! โ
โPROS: new hotel, so the staff are eager to please. Very good mattress, blackout shades, nice amenities and touches
CONS: housekeeping staff is a little too over zealous and sometimes take things they shouldnโt. โ
โThey started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience โบ๏ธ and hopefully i will come back again!โ
โGreat location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road. โ
โAwesome place, helpful staff. It is conveniently located that we didnt have to take TTC. Popular tourist destinations are within walking distance. Clean place, easy check in, and mostly the staff is really quick to respond as if he was waiting for my msg the whole day lol. Its been of great help and i would def stay here againโ
โWe got an apartment on the LP floor. Once we figured out how to open the blinds our jaws dropped like cartoon characters. The views are absolutely stunning. We were all speechless but loud. Neighborhood is super safe. Security is always there. Public transportation is not far. Would def stay again. Do not hesitate to book, it is absolutely worth it. โ
