"I needed a place to stay unexpectedly in downtown Toronto and this is exactly what I needed, very easy to check in check out cleanliness excellent sleep"
"I thought the Fairmont in San Francisco was the best, but our Gold Suite at the Royal York put SF to shame. The suite, the exclusive lounge, the exclusive elevator — it was definitely worth the price. I can’t recall the last time I had a hotel room that made me want to stay inside all day, but this one did. Splurge and do it. "

"Cafeteria style for purchase or a restaurant for purchase. Even thought there's six elevators to the blue tower, we had to wait and it was crowded in the evenings. Bed was on the softer side but otherwise the room was comfortable. I wish there were chairs for the balcony. Cardio machines are next to the adult pool and hot tub so expect to be warm while working out. Smaller weight room. A couple intersections within walking distance to the Dundas station/ Eaton Mall. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and quick marts nearby. "
"Huge rooms, great staff, self serve laundry, and free water bottles.
Nice touch to have complimentary coffee and muffins in the lobby from 7am-9am.
Will definitely stay here again."
"I booked the room for my granddaughter to see a concert at Scotiabank Center. Great location. I wanted to make sure her check in was easy for her because it was prepaid and she hasn’t done this before. I called the hotel prior to and your team made sure all notes were on file for an easy check in."
