"Loved this hotel
Room was a bit small but loved the location as well as the sitting area on 6th floor.
You didn’t feel like you were Downtown Toronto at all.
So close to everything and we walked everywhere. Lots shopping and restaurants close by. LCBO and Loblaws were steps away."
"The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The owner provided great details on the check-in and check-out process and was very quick to respond to any questions.
The main common areas of the complex could have been cleaner, and I didn't find the on-site staff particularly helpful. That being said, the unit was in a great location and within walking distance of many amenities. I would definitely stay here again!"
"We recently chose to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. This hotel is an excellent option for anyone planning to explore the downtown area. The location is outstanding — within walking distance of major attractions such as the Eaton Centre, Queen’s Park, Old and New City Hall, Sankofa Square, the Distillery District, the CN Tower, the Financial District, and Harbourfront.
Our room was clean, spacious, and noticeably larger than many other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The breakfast buffet was fresh, well prepared, and offered a great variety. We received exceptional service from Rahman in the buffet area — truly appreciated.
The staff at this hotel is phenomenal. Not just the front desk — every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved all the amenities, and the warm cookie at check‑in was a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly at home.
Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning!"
"The location is unbeatable if you are in town for an event or sightseeing. The staff are warm, welcoming and genuinely seem to want to help make your stay memorable. Restaurants are excellent. The pool was amazing. It was my first time staying at the Delta and it's now my favorite hotel in the city."
