Excellent place to stay if you are on vacation as it is in Old Town and very close to downtown Toronto. Very nice and helpful staff. The AC was broken in the lobby during our stay and they were wait for parts from Japan to fix so it was warm and humid during breakfast but overall I would recommend.

Location was close to downtown. The hotel was very clean and staff are extremely helpful. The only downside, which I know can't be avoided, was that renovations were occurring which added a bit of noise and slowed down the elevators as many people were accessing them. But, that's how improvments are made so made do. I would certainly stay again!
