The room was good. I really think that the hotel could upgrade the room coffee…..instant coffee is a poor choice. I mentioned to the front desk staff that cleaning the bathroom vent/fan cover is imperative. Standing in the bath/shower and looking at a dirty fan cover is very disheartening.

Had a minor issue in the first room, staff was very kind and accommodating and even upgraded us to a better room! Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and welcoming as well.

One King West Hotel & Residence
Room was spacious and clean, staff were extremely helpful, loved the amenities. Also loved that they provided a number to text if/when requesting additional items for our room. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment in a convenient area. Some of the service items were not working (e.g. the cold water dispenser in the fridge) and the closet doors may need replacing soon, but overall a very comfortable stay.
