“A brand new building - opened in the Fall of 2025. Very central with easy access to a streetcar station across the street. Spadina subway station is one block away. The amenities are basic, but it is a student residence after all, so come with the appropriate expectations. A very beautiful building. As a guest, you have access to the laundry room and some common spaces. I would stay here again. Similar hotels in the same area would be much more. I stayed in May of 2026.”

“Excellent facilities, and even better price! I had a bit of an issue booking my stay, but that could have been Expedia. Great service and great hotel … yes it is a cross between a dorm and a hotel, but if you want a clean comfortable stay at a great price, this is the place.”
