Overall not happy.. they apparently upgraded my room to fallsview with only one king bed for 4 to sleep ..they forgot that I booked a room that is suitable for my family of 4 , 2 children 2 adults
They were quick to bring the One cote no pillows no blankets until I again made another request....again the up grade was great but not worth the waiting and the endless calls. ..
Pool was over chemical itching watering even had a swollen eye In the am...
Room service never came and replenishment our room. Stayed there for 2

"The elevator was out of service. Upon arrival the person at check in advised the elevator was not working but they should be fixing it soon they just weren't sure what time. The elevator was out of service up until our departure the next afternoon. "

"The property was overall a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s conveniently near the Falls and within walking distance to several spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation.
The only downside was the breakfast. While it was decent, it mainly consisted of bread options. It would be a great improvement if they could include more variety, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, to make it more satisfying for guests.
Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff—just a bit more variety in breakfast would make it even better."
