"The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I was a little disappointed with the room, especially since I paid extra for a Falls View. The view was not quite what I expected for the additional cost. The bathroom also needs to be updated, as it looks quite dated, and there was visible mold between the tiles. Overall, the friendly staff made a positive impression, but the room and bathroom could use some improvements."

"I have to say, the location and price of this hotel are excellent. Breakfast and parking are both included, which is a big plus. Although the lobby feels a bit outdated, the bedrooms have been renovated. The mattresses on the bunk beds are quite thin, and the breakfast is fairly basic. However, the atmosphere while swimming in the atrium is really nice."
