"This was our first and likely only lifetime visit to Niagara Falls and staying at this Marriott did not disappoint! The views from the moment you walk into the lobby from the front doors are breathtaking! The cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, and massive windows made the place seem elevated and elegant. Even though it was busy it never felt crowded. There was plenty of welcoming open space and seating. Our room was a king bed on the 19th floor. The views were breathtaking. The room's layout was very spacious. The huge jetted tub was a wonderful bonus and even the separate shower space was massive. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and having the two big lounge chairs and side table to just relax in while admiring the view was wonderful. We ordered breakfast room service our first morning which was delivered hot, on time and was delicious! The entire room was cleaned and serviced while we were out that first day and it was lovely to return to an immaculate room again. The location of this hotel, the service from the valet parking attendants, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff were all exceptional! We did not have the time to avail ourselves of the spa services but we did go and check it out. The spa staff were extremely welcoming and they allowed us to do a quick "walk around look see" without any high pressure sales pitch which I greatly appreciated! That alone makes me want to return to book a service! If you ever get a chance to stay at this hotel then"

"View was spectacular, you can see the fire show perfectly from the room. Room is spacious. Floor 28 was amazing. Bed is comfortable. Maintenance happening to the building month of September and October. Only complaint is having to pay for daily parking, should be included with the high rate you are paying. Besides that excellent."
