"Good but too crowded, they should limit more the attendance. No almond milk which for 500 dollars per night, no cappuccino at the buffet place for breakfast. Overall good but not excellent. Staff always impatient. "

"30 minutes waiting in line to check in. Elevators are broken in the south building. Again line up and wait for the elevator. They pushed the invoice to my room at 3:45 am!!!! I got super scared!!!! They said they don't email the invoice! Bad breakfast not recommended at all. "

"Breakfast buffet was worth it!! Omelet station, yogurt bar, food for kids, and all the breakfast food you could think of!! The view of the falls was awesome! We were on the 22nd floor and had a beautiful view! In our room they had chairs that you could in to watch the falls. When we go back we will be staying here!! "

"Unfortunately, this hotel is under renovation so some amenities were not available or up to the standard, I grew accustomed to from past visits with my family. When I booked this hotel, there was no mention it was under renovation. This is useful information to know about when booking or looking for accommodation. "

"Excellent service, very clean and well maintained. Very close to Cliffton Hill and the Falls. Enjoyed our one night stay with family. Breakfast quality also better than other similar hotels."
