"My only concern was the drain in the room. It needs to be cleaned !! The HVAC in the hallway needs to be improved to counter the effects of the “Greenhouse” effect of the sun through the glass panels. "

"During my stay, our room was 2057 and it was a very nice room. Very clean, great view of both American and Canadian Falls. The bathroom was nicely stocked with towels and supplies! We had dinner at Massimo's Italian restaurant- everything was very good including service and the food. My husband and I opted to do an earlier dinner reservation and then go back to our room to watch the fireworks. This turned out to be a great option and we were able to watch and hear from our room with the balcony window open!! We also had the breakfast buffet the next day, nice selections. Everything was fresh. The only snafu we had was when checking in, the staff member was a little hard to understand and she mentioned to us that we would have to come back the next day to get a $5 off per person coupon if we planned on dining in the hotel for breakfast. So, We went back the next day to get the coupon only to be told by another representative that that was wrong information. We were supposed to come back in the evening on the night that we checked in. I pushed a little further and said that is not our fault for the lack of information, and asked why was the coupon not given to us when we checked in??? This attendant walks away and came back and gave us the two discounts for the breakfast buffets. So all in all it worked out- and all was well. I would have to say that the breakfast buffet is a bit pricey, probably not worth it... As we did not eat well enough for $30 per person. "

"Great choice when coming to tour Clifton Hill/Niagara. We were able to get our parking pass hours before check-in. We were even able to store luggage well before check in! They texted us when our rooms were ready! Super friendly/helpful front desk people!! Conveniently located… walking distance to all that Clifton Hill has to offer! It is at the top of the hill, so the walk home can be challenging! "

"Embassy suites Niagara Falls is a great hotel! With the wait times for the elevators, it was a great thing having staff help with the chaos to make sure everyone gets to the elevator! We had a partial view room initially but we got an upgrade to a full view on the 40th floor and it was amazing! I don't regret staying here, I will stay here again next time !!! First time in Canada and at Niagara Falls, best hotel!!!"
