"The stay was perfect except the sound insulation was terribly bad. We could hear the neighbours talking loudly from our room and in the corridor day and night. The bathroom shower faucet caused noise when it was turned on and off. I thought my neighbour rooms could know when who were taking shower. "

"Dust above the bed hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the caulking (tub). Soap scum in the tub, and hairs that didnt belong to me. Curtains were so thin, the lights were coming through, and partial used rolls of toilet paper to be used if the roll on yhe roller was used up. The door did not meet the door frame, so light was coming in from there. Over all the room was nasty."

"Room is really outdated and was not the cleanest. Staff was nice mostly and plenty of shops around."

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was quite comfortable I thinks they’re not queen. However, I think some small improvements could make the stay even better such as having microwave, and some water bottles in the room."

"Hotel is in an ideal location to the falls and casino. Rooms are becoming dated and will need to be renovated shortly. Good chooice of restaurants in and around."

"Clean Room with an Amazing view of the Falls. there is a shuttle included from the parking lot to the hotel."

"We've stayed here a few times but this time I do have to comment that the pool area and the change rooms were not well kept and felt a little dirty. The kids still had s great time in the waterpark as always and they did have some fun activities planned for March break which was great for the kids."
