"We recently stayed at American Waterpark Resort as part of a dance competition being held at the facility. The room we booked had an infestation of ants and when we brought this to the attention of the hotel the only option they offered for resolution was to send maintenance to spray raid and put out traps (ants were all located on the bed and bedside wall) OR to send housekeeping to vacuum them up. We requested a change of room but were told that was not a possibility and 'was there anything else they could help with'. We were forced to find somewhere else to sleep for the night with no concern of the hotel as we still needed to be present at the facility for the dance competition."

"The bed and pillows were fabulous and extremely comfortable. I usually don't need to wear ear plugs but here I did, between the street noise and other guests running up and down the hall. I look forward to swimming a few laps at the beginning of my day but at this location the pool was always full of families enjoying the amenities. The pub located at the hotel is very convenient. Regarding booking the room: I was attending a wedding and the Bride had reserved a number of rooms. I called directly and ask for a room but was told there were none available however on Hotels.com there were plenty, all at exceptionally high price. For what I paid for 2 nights I could of stayed somewhere else for a week."
