"Lines were super long at check in. My room wasn’t ready and they gave me an “upgrade “ which o am pretty sure was smaller than the one I was supposed to have. The remote didn’t work. We tuned the tv on and then it stuck on public broadcasting. We had to watch opera and high school quiz bowl for 2 hours before someone would come bring us a new remote. Room was clean and location was good. "

"The stay was perfect except the sound insulation was terribly bad. We could hear the neighbours talking loudly from our room and in the corridor day and night. The bathroom shower faucet caused noise when it was turned on and off. I thought my neighbour rooms could know when who were taking shower. "

"Dust above the bed hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the caulking (tub). Soap scum in the tub, and hairs that didnt belong to me. Curtains were so thin, the lights were coming through, and partial used rolls of toilet paper to be used if the roll on yhe roller was used up. The door did not meet the door frame, so light was coming in from there. Over all the room was nasty."

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was quite comfortable I thinks they’re not queen. However, I think some small improvements could make the stay even better such as having microwave, and some water bottles in the room."

"Hotel is in an ideal location to the falls and casino. Rooms are becoming dated and will need to be renovated shortly. Good chooice of restaurants in and around."

"Clean Room with an Amazing view of the Falls. there is a shuttle included from the parking lot to the hotel."

"Everything about this place was terrible. Need to be closed down. Didn’t even go in pulled in the parking lot and said a lot about it"
