Staff were wonderful, both the hotel and Chilis restaurant. Highly recommend the shuttle service for getting around Banff, and the Fox staff were so friendly and informative. Loved the hot tub and sauna, very unique

The WiFi didn’t work. The room was disgusting, out of date, and extremely moldy. The ice machine broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and despite the info on Hotels.com, there was NO RESTAURANT on site. Just a sushi bar kind of close by. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful.
