“Great hotel!”

“Okay for the budget, but the property is worn down and was very unclean. Breakfast was mediocre”

“Under renovation”

“Bath are soiled, very obsolete buîlding and noise from the ceilling (maybe mices or rodents)”

Air con was very noisy at night as it is in the bedroom of the suite. Also did not not sleep very well in the bed. Other than a/c unit the room was quiet. Nothing within walking distance from hotel so you have to drive to eat or shop.”

“When we checked in & arrived at our rooms, they were NOT what the pics show on the website! The rooms are old, outdated & flat out nasty! We tried to ask for a refund & they refused. We ended up at the Hard Rock it was a much better choice!!!”

“Staff was amazing and everything met or exceeded our expectations. We were headed to the children’s museum and it was connected to the same building like a shopping mall. Parking was included based on which room you book. I was really looking forward to room slippers but they were missing from the room. Staff advised it was held up by customs and tariffs. Pool was great even on a cooler day and very clean. Hotel was fully booked when we arrived. We didn’t try the restaurant which was apart of...
