"Staff was friendly, loved the cookies, but our room had a sofa bed that was dirty underneath. Mattress was also in rough shape when we pulled it out to make it up."

"The room was clean and the front desk were very helpful and polite. The guests next to our room were very loud. Their children played in the corridor until 9:30 pm and nobody from hotel did not say anything to them. The food in the restaurant was the worst food I have ever had in any hotel. The pool and arcade were very clean and the life gaurds were very polite and patient with the guests."

"The rooms were up to date, looked newly renovated and very clean. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. I always find the slight hint of bleach from the sheets very reassuring. The buffet had lots of variety and the coffee was delicious. We would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Booked room and came to the hotel with my wife and 2 month old daughter. No notice of any issues prior to arrival. Arrived 7 hours after check in. Room that was assigned to us was occupied by another guest. We were told that the hotel was short staffed. Other guests were waiting for 1 hour at 11pm. Unacceptable. The manager Carlos did his best to remedy the situation with snacks but we were scheduled to stay for 3 days and had to turn around, drive home and make last minute alternate arrangements for the rest of the week. Not at all ideal, particularly with a 2 month old infant."
