“Our first room had an air conditioner unit that didn't work. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very helpful in getting us a better room.”

“I stayed at the Ramada the night before. I had two lights that wouldn't work, the remote had the batteries in backwards so i had to fix that and a toilet that leaked water on the floor. Then I went to four points and it was like entering a new room. It was clean, the carpet looked new. I had the fitness room to myself each time I exercised, which was nice.
