“Great place but no clothes dresser in the room”

“The hotels cleanliness was top notch! The staff definitely went above and beyond to get us an early check in and help with printing in the print center. Restaraunt food and wait staff were excellent as well. The store is very expensive (I think $6.99 for a chocolate bar) but it’s there for emergencies or last minute snacks should you want them. If you’re not afraid to walk, it’s also walking distance to st Joseph’s hospital with lots of restaurants in the area. I would 100% recommend.”

“Convenient location. Parking close to all rooms. Separate entrances so you don't always have to go through the lobby. Very large room!”

“No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of.”

“All was excellent except for a noisy heat pump fan in the breakfast room which could not be disabled (at the time we were there, anyway), perhaps it's been fixed subsequently). We took our breakfast outside. Love the location near the waterfront,”
