The rooms have a sour basement odor, the refrigerator leaks. The water was cold, the tub doubled as the shower and it was not clean.... the bed was hard the furniture was cheap. These rooms have a more "studio" apt feel than it's sister the Spiwak, but it's centrally located, safe, and it's most beautiful amenity, the rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city.
