The hot water was not working the 3 days we stayed there. Cleanliness was 6/10. WiFi was ok. I expected them to at least reimburse part of our stay or offer us some sort compensation but said they couldn’t.

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 10 years. But this year it seems nobody care about the custoner, air conditioner is not working, internet very poor connection, to get hot water need to wait for 20 min, 2 towels, tv not set up...etc, etc. This is my last time at this place, next time rather to pay more and get what i deserve as a loyal client. I do npt like to review places but sometime it to be review to get the owner attention

Decepción de hotel

No fue la experiencia tan buena debido a que uno llega y cobran un impuesto que se supone que cuando se hace el pago ya incluía todo además en la recepción cuando llegamos no actualizaron en el sistema que la habitación estaba ocupada y en la mañana llegaron a abrir la habitación mientras dormíamos de muy mal gusto, la habitación es muy pequeña y en la recepción solo se echan la pelota entre ellos las tarjetas para abrir las habitaciones están muy desgastadas y dificultan abrir las puertas la verdad no recomiendo el hotel y tampoco volvería una expericia fea y también en la recepción se escuchaban todos los reclamos de los demás huéspedes todos inconformes lo único que rescato es el desayuno fue muy bueno están rico y había mucha variedad
