It is spacious, the staff is excellent, the location is fantastic, kitchen utensils are well-suited, the bed is comfortable, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing you need is to add the cleaning service and change of bed linen. But I DO recommend this place.

Was charge a higher amount, they have no cleaning service and if you ask for cleaning service there was an extra charge, they service no breakfast. The staff was nice and allow for business meeting which make this location the correct for business but they blame everything on covid

Todo fue muy bueno hasta el check-out, además del seguro hotelero me cobraron $50,000 en impuestos, hasta ahí nada de raro, lo malo fue qué se negaron a reportar los $50,000 en la factura a la vez que indicaban un pago inferior al qué hice por las dos noches argumentando qué yo me estaba beneficiando al pagar los impuestos por valor menor......lastima porque hasta el último momento estuvimos contentos pero muy dudoso su proceder, quedé con la impresión de haber pagado la comisión yo a hoteles.com

Overall a great stay, pros- good location, felt safe walking around neighborhood. Cannot say enough about staff EVERYONE was Great and helpful and room was spacious even had a safe. Cons- there was a film of dirt in closet, had to use sani wipes to be able to put clothes down. Air conditioner is OLD and Needs to be replaced like NOW too noisy and at times it barely cooled the room.

Friendly Staff

We enjoyed our stay. Although there are shops and restaurants nearby, the hotel sits at the top of a hill which makes it difficult for an elderly person. The wifi had very weak signal and it kept dropping connection. The staff was wonderful and very attentive.

Excelente Hotel, recomendado 100%, los funcionarios del hotel cuentan con un servicio al cliente estupendo. Nos hospedamos en la habitación que cuenta con Jacuzzi y vista a la ciudad recomendada totalmente, tienen ademas su servicio de desayuno a la habitacion. En general todo muy bien!!!

The shuttle is not free and you have to pay per person and not the room. Stayed in the suite and the space was fantastic. Bed and pillows were super sorry firm which I love. Wish I could find the same pillows in the US
