Had a pleasant stay, most amenities were up and running post the recent earthquake! 🙏 Property was clean some minor conditional issues but not a deal breaker. Was happy to see World Central Kitchen on site helping in partnership with the hotel to help those in need after the earthquake that occurred almost a month ago. Two major highlights, the WiFi was great better an expected. The buffet breakfast was also above good 😊 The main restaurant Cooks was also above average with good food options. Our server name in Cooks was Javier and if you grace the lobby bar Luis will keep your company

My sister, my nephew, my niece, and I had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. Although we each had separate rooms, the staff thoughtfully arranged them close to one another, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. It’s clear that they are committed to providing exceptional service and making their guests feel welcome and well cared for. They truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

5 stars doesn't feel like enough! My stay at Sonesta Hotel Cali was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is truly what makes this hotel special — attentive, warm, and genuinely willing to help with anything. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and very quiet. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I slept perfectly. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge variety of local and international options, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The pool and gym area are beautiful and well maintained, perfect to relax after a day of work or exploring Cali. And the location is excellent, close to Chipichanga and very safe, with restaurants and shops nearby. If you are visiting Cali for business or vacation, Sonesta is the best choice. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
