I loved this hotel. I felt like a museum. The artwork, the dining room and the overall decor was nice. I liked that they had 24/7 security and it was so close to the mall and the river. Also the staff was very nice. The only thing that was a little difficult was the toilet was very close to the wall and as a tall guy my face was almost touching the wall when I used it. Besides that If I ever go back to Cali I know where I'm staying.

Staff were very nice and helpful with the fact I didn’t speak soanish. Wifi was bad- if you are looking for a place and need reliable wifi, this is not it. Beautiful hotel. Solo female travellers- door locks are bad and someone could easily pick locks or push the door in. Travel with safety locks, preferably the door stopper one. Only issue when I arrived- they couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. Never did find it. Luckily I had several ways to prove I paid for it and it was active. They put me in a random room anyways. So there’s that.

It is Charming!!!! The staff is like family. They are so nice and helpful. The place to really clean. It is quite and very safe with a guard at the locked gates. Breakfast included but had 4 choices. Dinner is also good. One improvement suggestion. Buy more pool lounge chairs. 1 for the pool is not enough.

The bed was too hard, the windows had a big space and the noice was horrible. No black out curtains. I paid for three night ended leaving next day. Call for a lost item. Still waiting for call back.

Hotel was really nice, beautiful colonial look, good breakfast/coffee, our room was clean, had really cute spots to chill and hang out or just unwind. Totally cute vibes. Only negative which I did report was that our room window lock was broken and also the screen. I see that as a safety concern as it could be easy access for anyone to climb thru a window regardless of it being on the second floor. Every other window also had bars except for our room so I’d think even more they’d be on top of the windows at least being able to lock. Hopefully they fixed it but I’d suggest just making sure before going to bed as to when I did report it the front desk staff seemed dismissive.

If you are looking for an antique experience, this is the place. Very clean and colonial look. But bathroom supplies aren't provided except a large towel and room has no iron. But the ambience of the hotel is nice.
