"Love the staff clean room "

"It was just ok. The staff was nice to us, and the room was clean. However, there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. That was true for all three rooms I rented. My wife didn't like the smell of the room, but I think that was just a personal opinion; I was ok with it. The gated location was nice."

"This place is disgusting. I arrived and there was several large gross stains on the bedding. I asked for a new room, and it was the same thing - filthy, unsafe conditions with gross stained bedding. So I left on the spot and found another place to stay. I’ll be demanding a refund from Hotels.com for failing to properly inform me of the horrific condition of this property."
