"The building was clean, our room was clean, the staff was nice. They did charge for parking & had a bistro to order food from, breakfast was not complimentary. "

"Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to find. Beautiful pool but sadly it was closed for some reason. It did appear that there were two vehicles that were packed with stuff, and that people might be living in the vehicles. The room was clean but floor needed to be washed. The staff didn’t even smile when I checked in and out but when I returned to get my phone charger I left - she did give me a lil grin when I returned the key. Overall the place had everything we needed but it did seem sorta sketchy that people might be living in their cars in the parking lot. "

"The location was great, there was a lot to do, places to visit and really good restaurants. The property is older and in my opinion needs some attention. Staff was great and hotel was neat, carpet was older than I’m used to but as clean as it could be for it’s age. "

"Breakfast wasn't bad for free. Bar was nice with a great selection of cocktails and wine. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was our internet TV was not working and we could not use Netflix. It appeared to be down for the entire hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay and great location to many restaurants and bars."

"We requested maid service every night we were there and we NEVER got it. And even though we reminded them each time it wasn't done, we still didn't get it! This poor service is very unusual for Hampton Inn's in our experience. The location is also sketchy with homeless characters wandering around and difficult in and out access to the property due to the traffic pattern. "

"It was disappointing there was a bum who showed my 4 year old his private parts. There were needle caps all over the ground. There was prostitution going on right in the parking lot the security guard was out yelling and included in the drama with the guests. It was the worst experience ever"
