โThis was an absolutely perfect stay for our trip. The property within and of itself is well-kept, clean, quiet, and extremely convenient for sightseeing and easy access to transportation. If I do return to Falkirk I would definitely stay here again.โ
โNice hotel conveniently located for visiting Doune Castel, the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, and Blackness. Breakfast was wonderful and hotel was quiet despite hosting a lively wedding. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.โ
โI liked having the kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The free standing fan came in very handy as it was very hot when I visited. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and found it very quiet. Handy to have shops and restaurants nearby. Great to have free parking right at the front of the building.โ
โThey told us up front there was no A/C, but we figured, 70 and raining would be fine. Well was 79 and sunny, and with only one tiny window that only opened 2 inches, the place was like sweatbox.
The upside, is that the staff were wonderful!
The restaurant next door has a great pub, and excellent fish and chips!โ
