This is a good basic hotel . It is in an industrial area but you can walk to the Kelpes . The price is good the staff very helpful and friendly

Friendly staff it was a little strange at first because it was so quite when we checked in and the fact it was in the middle of an industrial estate but the location was actually great since the kelpies where just a 2 min walk from the hotel
