“A grand old house in perfect, perfect decorative order with attentive staff and good food. Two minutes walk away from the hoi polloi of the village, it was an excellent choice for our stay ”

“Visiting out of season on Dartmoor it was still well set up for guests. The location itself was perfect with food and drink just next door. The guys expect muddy clothes and boots after a day on the moors, and couldnt be more helpful to offer local advice. The hot tub was fantastic, offering a great chance to chill after knocking up some miles, with a lovely fire place to warm and chat after. Thanks for a great stay”

“Great little guest house and comes with a free car parking space. Donna was an excellent host along with Mia the friendly rescue dog. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts followed by a full Welsh or eggs on toast or a bacon sanwich etc. Deganwy is licensed so we were able to enjoy a drink or 2 in the evening. Keep up the good work Donna!”

“A very homely and beautifully presented guest house. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfasts. Would definitely return but maybe ask for room on first floor as tricky dragging case to third floor. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Great for those wanting to walk coastal footpath. ”

“Let’s start with Perfect! Spotless clean, modern, all the obvious facilities, well presented, quiet and only 30 second walk to the seafront and great places to eat or just walk. Cannot make any negative comments whatsoever and half the price of the Premier Inn. Will definitely be back and already recommended to 2 colleagues.”

“Very good location for me as it was within walking distance of my destination, parking was easy on street, without much difficulty finding a spot. Room was a good size with microwave, kettle plates and cutlery also iron/board and hair drier. TV was small but adequate with Freeview. I will be coming back here in the future.”

“I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) ”
