The staff were second-to-none, there was nothing they wouldn't do for you. My only minor gripe is that the hot tap in the bathroom had 2 settings - off, and scalding!

The hotel is clean. The reception staff are accommodating however i do feel ripped off. I stay in hotels for a decent nights sleep, and that was not achievable.
