"A fantastic place to stay. The location is quiet and it’s less than a mile from the centre of Rye and an easy walk into town. The standard of finish in the property is excellent and had everything we needed for a short stay. I highly recommend this property. We loved our bedroom with all the creeks in the floors & the big four poster bed! We had a lovely big bathroom. The breakfast was delicious plus we had dinner the one night & it was wonderful. The staff were so welcoming & friendly. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again...a brilliant stay!"
