Staff were awesome, ac worked properly. Would have liked slippers and housecoat as advertised for the junior suite. Also no lotion or hair conditioner.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception, with free coffee and water in the lobby. Great location, across from the railway station, by the Canal du Midi and easy walk to Toulouse downtown. Bed was very comfortable.

L'environnement est calme. La rue Saint Michel est entièrement refaite. Le seul bémol il n'y a plus de place pour les voitures.
