"Great hotel and reasonably placed. Great to have facilities to make your own food with a shop downstairs. Bar area was lovely and gym is ok for a hotel - a little small. Rooms were really comfortable"

"The communal areas are wonderful and the gym is great. My bedroom was minuscule and with a courtyard view which was surprising for a 300+£ stay. The bed was hard as a rock and although they helpfully gave me a topper it did not resolve the issue. I now have neck pain! The bedroom was very loud - could hear the person upstairs walking and the shower noise so I was kept awake late and woke up very early. I expect a different room might have been better ? I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value a good night sleep."

"The hotel parking is dubious (at least it will be until my parking charge gets sorted). What made the parking charge worse is that we left the hotel for food and so were charged - fined - twice for parking...That's £200 until it gets resolved. I wouldn't mind so much, but we registered and parked as directed by the staff - I'm assuming its some registration glitch.
Tell you what...when it gets sorted i'll change my review - but until then i'd either avoid this place or be absolutely crystal clear about being registered for parking!"
