“I absolutely loved my stay (only one night, sadly - would have stayed longer). The room was comfortable, offered plenty of bathroom amenities (a toothbrush without me having to ask for it), had TWO balconies, a robe and slippers, etc. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and in a great location to do some exploring. I took the bus from the airport and the closest stop was about 7 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious (eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, coffee) and the staff is attentive.”

“Delightful village location. Easy parking, excellent staff but property just needs a little uplift, (a coat of paint would do it and maybe some tiles replaced in swimming pool). Room was spotless, cleaned daily. All staff were very helpful to provide anything we needed. A pleasure to stay here, hopefully we will be back.”

“Nice beautiful place central in the charming town. I strongly recommend it.”

“Not a 4 star , I would give it a 3 star, staff were ok and tried to help if they could, some could not speak English or Greek which was a bit difficult. Breakfast was very poor after 2 mornings I stopped going, I went to a local bakery, room furniture and garden furniture very poor and needs updating. Swimming pool very shabby. Reception area floor coming up and so a bit dangerous as people were tripping over it. Building works going on at front of hotel and so you need to by the back which...

“We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.”

“It is a very nice property and we appreciated how nice and accommodating the owner and staff were. I would like to stay there again when I return to Cyprus. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Une nuit pour le travail Très bien Proche aéroport Petit dej fournit Clim”

“The A/C and drinks machine worked, as did the iron, and kettle. The balcony was useful, and the bed was comfortable. The gym was small, but all we needed, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our laundry was cleaned and returned the following day. The WIFI worked, and there was free parking nearby. The hotel is off the beaten track and a short walk to amenities. The patio door was not soundproof and we heard chatter from the bar/restaurant below, plus, the incessant dogs barking every...
