"The hotel advertises laundry facilities but there are none. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay there, allso because of the perfect location. I would have left, but started to wash my laundry in the sink, but there was no hot water, only cold, and then the water cut out.... There was no breakfast or any coffee the first morning of my stay - stating that I was "too early" (it was 7:45 am on a monday). "Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin ."

"The property is in a great location, removed from the busy, noisy main roads, but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The cleaners do a good job keeping the property clean and all appliances and equipment work well. The living spaces are modern, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. They offer excellent quality WiFi free. The best part about my stay was the attentiveness of the concierge, La Douce. She communicated very well and did everything to make sure the stay went smoothly....
