"The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "

I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language."
