Genel olarak memnun kaldik, 3 çocuklu aile gittik, oda oldukca konforlu ve temizdi, ikram bulunuyordu, sicak su yeterli ve iyiydi, kahvalti yetersizdi, manzara guzeldi, otopark yok, dogal olarak yurumek gerekiyor, wifi saglandi, gerekli bilgilendirmeleri aldik, odalarda sigara icmek yasak, valizlerimiz yol uzerinden otele ve odalara taşındı, kalorifer yaniyordu, tavsiye ederim

The service and the hotel were good. The Covid-19 protocol is implemented perfectly and the staff are kind. However, there is no valid parking for the hotel. In addition, the hotel is up the mountain and the parking is down. You should walk all the way to the hotel. Another point to add is that the stairs are rounded, small and not comfortable.

Herşey mükemmel kesinlikle okuyun yorumumu..
Mükemmel bir tatildi.Gerek konum olsun gerekse odaların temizliği ve müşteriye davranışlar olsun tek kelimeyle çok memnun kaldım.Osman bey ve oğluna bir de bir abla vardı tanımıyorum kendisini ama güleryüzlülükleri vs herşey güzeldi.Bir dahaki tatilimde de kesinlikle burdayım.Ayder yaylası çıkışında olduğu için o kalabalıktan karmaşalıktan uzak sessiz sakindi.Minibüsler de direk önünden geçiyor.O bile o kadar mantıklı bir karardı ki otelde kalmak için.Ben bu otelin ne bir çalışanıyım ne de bir sponsoru.Bana güvenebilirsiniz çok iyi bir otel.Bu arada no:203deki o genç çocuğum beraber Türkiye maçını izlemiştik :) Bu arada kaldığım yerden bir kaç manzara ve oda fotoğrafı attım.Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.

Otele sadece temiz ,odalar küçük hizmet kötü, asansör yok, cayın başkentinde çay bile yok kahvaltı kredı yurtların kahvaltısı gibi personel çok soğuk , fiyatı pahalı ödediğimizin karşılığını hizmet olarak alamadık. Arap turistler gürültü yapıyor ,ayakkabılarını oda dışında koridorda çıkartıyorlar uyarı bile yapılmıyor. Hayvan alıyor otele.Sitede otelle ilgili parası olan her türlü görgüsüz gelebilir yazarsanız insanlar yanılmaz.3 kişilik faily odada yataklardan geriye 4 metrekare alan ardı.

Otel konum olarak Ayder’in girişinde. Bundan dolayı sakin bir bölgede diyebilirim. Aynı zamanda şu ana kadar kaldığım en güzel manzaralı oteldi. Otel çalışanları çok kibar insanlardı. Aydere gelirseniz kesinlikle burada kalmalısınız.

Genel olarak vasat bir oteldi. Kaldığımız odada telefon çalışmadığı için (telefonu söküp komidin çekmesine koymuşlar) resepsiyonla görüşmek için 2 her seferinde 1 kat aşağı inmek durumunda kaldık. Tost makinelerinin elektriği çalışmadığından tost bile yapamadılar. Odanın ışıklandırması kötüydü. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Otel çevresi güzel yeşillik ve doğa içerisinde. Tek artısı bu.
