We loved the appartment! The terrace had a stunning view and everything was super close. The only thing that would have been nice was if we were informed before hand that the appartment would be cut off water for more than 12 hours. Due to city maintenance. Then we would have been prepared, now we weren't.. Lucky the neighbours were very sweet and helpful. Overall a very good experience but I wanted to give the advice for another visitor.

Amazing view... 7 flights of stairs to get there

The good: The property is well situated it the edge of a tiny shopping center and and the water. It appears to be the only one in it's building that has the fantastic balcony with the view of the ocean. The bad: Parking is very challenging with only a few spaces for guests in the area. So, it could be a 20min walk back to the property from the car. It's over 110 stairs to get to the door of the property (no elevator). After carrying luggage up all those stairs, there is no A/C. Overall: The property is nice, but for us, staying in the summer was uncomfortably warm.
