"We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time"

Receptionist didn’t speak much English so hard to tell us where to get something to eat or drink, as hotel hadn't got a restaurant. Corridors smelt of smoke. Room was basic, clean. Had a tv no english channels. Had a fridge. No tea/ coffee / water facilities. Not even any glasses/ cups if you had your own brinks. No balcony furniture had to use bedroom chair and stool. Balcony overlooked built up residential flats. Bed, pillows were comfortable. Lovely towels. As room wasn’t ready, went to look around area. Very disappointed. Residential area. Finally found a pizza takeout/restaurants and coffe bar plus a supermarket. Nothing else. Breakfast was very basic. Staff werevery friendly and tried to help. Hotel supplied taxi transfer to air port 10 euros cheaper then airport taxi
